What this service is. A tool that prepares Australian ID-style photos. It crops and sizes your photo, checks it against published Australian photo requirements, and — if you choose a styled option — makes minimal AI corrections (background, lighting, glasses, clothing) toward those requirements. Your identity and facial features are always preserved; we never beautify, slim, smooth or retouch the face.

Styled photos are AI-edited. The business and smart-casual options produce an AI-edited render. Government agencies may reject edited photos — an edited image may not be accepted for an actual passport or licence application, and acceptance is always at the discretion of the relevant authority. For a photo you intend to submit, use “Check only”, which makes no edits to you.

What it is not. This is not an official government service, and we do not produce official identity documents. We are not affiliated with the Australian Passport Office, any state or territory licensing authority, or any other government agency.

No guarantee of acceptance. Compliance checks are indicative only. We help prepare your image against published guidelines, but acceptance of any photo is at the discretion of the relevant authority.

Payment. A one-off payment unlocks the final non-watermarked download for the photo you previewed. If your download fails, contact us and we will resend it.
