What we collect. The photo you upload and payment details handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.

How your photo is used. Your photo is used only to prepare your result — cropping, resizing, background normalisation and compliance checks. It is not used to train any model, and is never sold or shared.

Automated processing. Compliance checks use automated image analysis, including an AI vision check of things like expression, glasses and background. If you choose a styled option, an AI image model also edits your photo (background, lighting, glasses, clothing) while preserving your identity. Results are indicative only and are shown to you in full.

Retention. Uploaded photos and prepared results are automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours. Download your final file promptly. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Biometric data. We do not build, retain, or share biometric templates or identity profiles.
